Founded in 2016, GM Developer, an APEX brand, is implementing real estate investment projects in the small center of Yerevan.
One of the projects implemented by the company is by the Government’s 2017 decision N 1148-A, which was the construction of the Sos Sargsyan National Theater, the residential building located at 26/4 Amiryan Street. One of the unique construction programs of the company is “Old Yerevan”, in which we got involved in the preservation of the territories of historical and cultural significance.
