"HAMAZGAYIN THEATRE AFTER SOS SARGSYAN"

By the decision No. 1148-A, 2017 the Government of the RA at the first stage of the investment program, the new building of the Sos Sargsyan Hamazgain Theater was built using modern design and architectural solutions. Project architect: Sahak Nersesyan.

The new residential building is located in the center of Yerevan, between Amiryan and Buzand streets, next to the reconstructed park. The building has a two-storey car park, which is of prime importance to the residents. The building was built with 9+ grade 1 seismic resistance points.
