Old Yerevan

One of the unique projects implemented in the historical center of Yerevan is “Old Yerevan”, which is located in the middle of Aram and Buzand streets near the Republic Square. The project is based on the preservation of the old architectural
 appearance and cultural significance of the capital.

The four-story building with four basements will be handed over to the buyers both for the third and fourth floors of the residence, as well as for commercial and public purposes.
 A high-class glass restaurant will be located on the top floor.

The building of the “Old Yerevan” program, restored from archival materials, will take you to the colorful
environment of Yerevan of the 19th century.

In the past, this style was used by the merchant S. Hakhnazaryan’s house (1880). The two-story building was one of the typical examples of Yerevan architecture of the mentioned period, where there were shops and houses.
